Air Home Solutions LLC provides renovation, remodeling, construction, repair, HVAC, insulation, and water damage restoration services. All information, estimates, and recommendations provided by the Company are offered in good faith based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that:

No Guarantee of Future Performance

The Company does not guarantee that completed work will prevent future issues such as leaks, water intrusion, HVAC failures, or other damage outside the scope of contracted services.

Unforeseen Conditions

Hidden damage (including but not limited to mold, termites, asbestos, structural weaknesses, or plumbing/electrical defects) may exist and cannot always be detected during inspection. Additional repairs required to address such conditions are the sole responsibility of the Client.

Third-Party Products and Materials

Warranties for materials, appliances, and equipment are provided solely by the manufacturer. The Company is not responsible for defects, delays, or failures of third-party products.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its owners, employees, and subcontractors shall not be held liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property loss, loss of use, delays, or financial losses arising from services rendered.

Insurance

The Client is responsible for maintaining homeowner’s insurance covering the property, structure, and personal belongings. The Company’s liability is limited to its own general liability and workers’ compensation insurance policies.

Any advice, recommendations, or information provided on the Company’s website, social media, or marketing materials is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or legally binding agreement.

Terms & Conditions - The Basics
Terms and Conditions
Air Home Solutions LLC
Effective Date: August 29, 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Air Home Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to any customer, client, or homeowner (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Scope of Work
1.1 The Company provides a variety of services, including but not limited to:

Home renovations, remodeling, and construction

Repairs and maintenance
-
Air conditioning (HVAC) installation, servicing, and repair
-
Insulation services
-
Water damage restoration and related repairs
-
Specialty and add-on services
1.2 All work will be performed as outlined in a written proposal, work order, or contract. Any services requested outside of the agreed scope must be approved in writing as a “Change Order” and may result in additional charges and extended timelines.
2. Estimates and Payments
2.1 Estimates are provided in good faith but are subject to change due to unforeseen conditions, material price changes, or Client-requested modifications.
2.2 A deposit is required before commencement of work. The balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
2.3 Failure to pay may result in work suspension and/or a mechanic’s lien filed against the property to secure payment.
2.4 Late payments may accrue interest and collection costs.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 The Client must provide safe and reasonable access to the property, including utilities (electricity, water, HVAC, etc.) necessary for the completion of work.
3.2 The Client must remove or secure personal property from work areas. The Company is not responsible for damage to personal belongings not removed from the job site.
3.3 The Client is responsible for disclosing any known hazards, restrictions, or pre-existing conditions prior to commencement of work.
3.4 The Client must not interfere with the worksite or hire unauthorized third parties to perform related work during the project.
4. Permits, Regulations, and Inspections
4.1 The Company will obtain required building permits unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 The Client is responsible for obtaining HOA approvals, if applicable.
4.3 The Company is not liable for delays or penalties resulting from regulatory restrictions, undisclosed HOA rules, or government inspections beyond its control.
5. Unforeseen Conditions
5.1 If hidden issues are discovered (e.g., mold, termites, asbestos, electrical or plumbing defects, structural weaknesses, or water damage not visible at the time of estimate), the Client will be notified, and additional costs may apply.
5.2 Work may be paused until the Client authorizes additional repairs required to safely continue.
6. Materials and Substitutions
6.1 The Company will use materials as specified in the contract. If a chosen material or product is unavailable, the Company reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or greater quality.
6.2 The Company is not responsible for manufacturer defects or delays caused by suppliers.
7. Subcontractors
7.1 The Company may employ licensed subcontractors to perform certain work.
7.2 The Company is not liable for subcontractor performance beyond reasonable oversight.
8. Warranties and Limitations
8.1 The Company warrants its workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of project completion unless otherwise specified in writing.
8.2 Manufacturer warranties on products, materials, or appliances are transferred directly to the Client.
8.3 This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
-
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs

Acts of nature, flooding, fire, or other environmental conditions

Pre-existing structural or mechanical deficiencies
9. Liability and Indemnification
9.1 The Company carries general liability insurance and workers’ compensation for its employees.
9.2 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, agents, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Unsafe site conditions caused by the Client
-
Client interference with work
-
Third-party actions beyond the Company’s control
10. Safety and Site Conditions
10.1 The Client must ensure children, pets, and unauthorized persons are kept away from the work area.
10.2 The Company reserves the right to stop work if unsafe conditions exist.
11. Clean-Up and Disposal
11.1 The Company will remove construction debris and waste created by its work.
11.2 Hazardous material disposal (e.g., asbestos, mold, chemicals) is the Client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Photography and Records
12.1 The Company reserves the right to photograph or document work performed for recordkeeping, warranty, and marketing purposes.
12.2 No personal identifying information (such as address) will be disclosed without Client consent.
13. Delays and Force Majeure
13.1 The Company is not liable for delays caused by weather, labor disputes, material shortages, supply chain disruptions, government actions, or other events beyond its control.
13.2 Project timelines will be extended as necessary without penalty to the Company.
14. Termination
14.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement in the event of a material breach, provided written notice is given.
14.2 The Client remains responsible for payment of all completed work and purchased materials up to the termination date.
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1 Both parties agree to attempt mediation prior to pursuing litigation.
15.2 This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state where services are performed.
16. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Client and Air Home Solutions LLC. No oral statements or prior agreements shall modify its terms. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Additional Protections
17. Right to Stop Work for Nonpayment
The Company may suspend work immediately if scheduled payments are not made. Work will not resume until payment is received.
18. Landscaping and Property Disclaimer
The Company is not responsible for incidental damage to lawns, driveways, shrubs, or landscaping caused by standard construction activities, equipment, or dumpsters, unless caused by gross negligence.
19. Emergency Services Disclaimer
For emergency HVAC, plumbing, or water damage restoration, the Client acknowledges that:

Work is intended to mitigate damage, not guarantee prevention of further issues outside the Company’s control
20. Storage of Materials and Delivery
If the Client refuses or delays acceptance of materials delivered for the project, additional storage, handling, or re-delivery fees may be charged.
21. Access Rights
The Client must provide access to the property during normal working hours. Restricted access or delays caused by the Client may result in additional charges.
22. Insurance Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for maintaining homeowner’s insurance covering the property, structure, and belongings. The Company’s liability is limited to its own insurance coverage.
23. Inspection and Acceptance of Work
The Client has five (5) business days after project completion to inspect the work and notify the Company of any concerns. After this period, the work shall be deemed fully accepted.
24. No Guarantee Against Future Conditions
The Company restores or repairs conditions as specified but does not guarantee against future leaks, flooding, HVAC breakdowns, or other unrelated conditions outside the scope of work.
25. Personnel Substitution
The Company may substitute employees, technicians, or subcontractors as necessary to complete the work. Specific personnel are not guaranteed.
26. Attorneys’ Fees and Collections
If legal action or collections are required to recover unpaid balances, the Client shall be responsible for all reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and collection expenses.
By hiring Air Home Solutions LLC, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Air Home Solutions LLC, we value your business and schedule our time, labor, and materials in advance to serve you efficiently. To protect both our Clients and our Company, the following policy applies to all cancellations and refunds:
1. Deposits

All deposits paid to the Company are non-refundable.

Deposits secure scheduling, materials, and labor allocation. Once paid, they cannot be returned in the event of cancellation.
2. Client Cancellations
-
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or letter) at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start date.

Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in additional charges, including mobilization fees, labor costs, or material restocking fees.
3. Company Cancellations
-
The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel work due to weather conditions, safety concerns, material shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.

In such cases, deposits will either be applied toward a rescheduled project date or refunded at the Company’s discretion.
4. Refunds on Work Performed

Payments for services already completed are non-refundable.

Concerns regarding workmanship or quality will be handled under the Company’s Warranty and Dispute Resolution provisions, not through refunds.
5. Special Services

Emergency services (such as HVAC breakdowns or water damage restoration) are billed at emergency rates and are non-refundable once service is performed.
